Our Fillings and Flavours

We have a great choice of fillings and flavours for your chocolate gifts!  You might not see all the options listed on every design, so please do ask for your favourite when you place your order, using the Customer Comments box at the check out..  Because all our chocs are made to order, we can usually accommodate special requests – simply write your request in the Customer Comments box at the checkout and we’ll do our best to help.

By the way, all our products are suitable for vegetarians.

We have three types of fillings and flavours for our chocolates:

Marzipan

We know lots of people love marzipan (including us) and we use a smooth marzipan paste with a good almond flavour.  All the designs that can be filled and decorated with marzipan can be found in the Marzipan Gifts section.  These designs can also be made from 100% marzipan without the chocolate, just ask when you order.

Caramel

This is a buttery, rich caramel with a deep caramel flavour – it’s simply scrumptious!  Our caramel selection consists of plain caramel, caramel with a whole hazelnut in the centre, and salted caramel.  If you’d prefer just one or two of the three options, please let us know on your order.

Fondant style filling

This filling is quite difficult to describe – it has a lovely melt-in-the-mouth quality, smooth in texture and slightly soft to bite into.  Some people have described it as a mousse, and it is light, but not especially fluffy – you’ll just have to try it to find out what it’s really like!  It comes in a range of flavours:

Fruits – strawberry*, raspberry*, black cherry*, lemon, lime and orange
Rose – a fragrant flavour like Turkish Delight
Cappuccino – with coffee extract
Chocolate – for a double chocolate hit
Chocolate Mint – packed with peppermint
Chocolate Orange – just like Terry’s!
Chilli Chocolate – usually reserved for Chilli Chocolate Hearts only, but can be used for all designs on request
PLUS – coming soon – Peanut Butter – crunchy, salty, buttery!
